Wanting results but not knowing how to navigate to them. But with years of trial and error and working closely with other high level coaches we’ve developed our skill set, physiques and mentality- and now we want to help you do the same.

I’ve also got my qualifications in L3 Personal training, L3 Adapting exercise for ante and post natal clients & L4 Nutrition.

including 2 years at a competitive bodybuilder level achieving a second place in my first year as a competitive bodybuilder , I have truly walked the walk.

During these past 2 years I have worked with hundreds of clients to transform both their physique and mindset.

RACHEL

I had been strength training for a while before Paige, but I wasn't really progressing and I felt a bit lost. But since her guidance about training intensity and proper nutrition, my body composition is changing and I'm finally seeing decent muscle growth! I'm excited to continue working with Paige to set new goals. I had considered a few other PT's but I am so glad I chose Paige, as not only is she a great PT, but she's so easy to get along with and she really does care about her clients.
